This was the most disgusting yet delicious fast food experience I’ve ever had. Came in around 5:20 this evening. Placed my order. First time for me eating at wing stop. They took my order which was 10 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich combo. I waited for over 30 minutes. During that time, a family of four who’d placed their order just before mine received and left with their takeout order, two more people placed and received to go orders, one couple sat down, placed an order, ate in the restraunt, and left, as well as dozens of mobile orders. After 30 minutes, I asked one of the staff when my order would be ready. There were only 4 people working in the restraunt at the time. The staff member said it was almost ready. 10 minutes later, I ask again. They say “five minutes”. Five minutes later, they say “two minutes.” Two minutes later, it’s finally ready. Side note: I’d keep trying to get the staff’s attention regarding my order wait time, but except for those few interactions, they ignored me. The food was still warm after the 20 minute drive home. The mango habanero wings were good but the original hot wings were out of this world. They were the best chicken wings I have ever tasted. The fries were okay. Well seasoned, but a bit chewy, and they must’ve been old because they started to stink after a while. The chicken sandwich was underwhelming. I asked for pickles on it. All I got was a dried out breaded chicken breast between two drier buns. The fountain soda was okay. Side note: they gave me 12 wings total instead of 10, I guess as a consolation. Also, these people are environment killers. They still use styrofoam containers and cups. Even plastic would be better for the planet. Seriously. Get Your Act Together, WingStop Corporate.
No one can mess with Wingstop’s fries or their ranch! They are literally the best. My favorite flavor is the Louisiana rub. I have to order the wings fried hard or well done, otherwise they’re not as crispy. I wasn’t a fan of the hot honey or the Korean bbq. Overall wingstop is a good go to.
Should have read the reviews first 😐 every single wing was dry to the point where you could see dry crunchy breading on every piece. And 2 of the 6 wings were the size of quarters. Sonic has better wings at this point.
What are these teeny tiny wings?! I have not been WS in a few months but these are NOT the normal wings. Very sad!!!
Good was great. Super busy on a Sunday during football season but the wait was worth it. Food was hot a delicious! The girl behind the counter was awesome I wish I would have got her name. She deserves an award. Some guy got really mouthy with her and she handled the situation perfectly! She was professional and stood up for herself which was amazing to see. The guy was completely in the wrong an was very rude for no reason at all. I was very proud of that young woman! We ordered our food to go but from what I could tell dining inn would have been satisfactory as well. The place was clean and the service appeared great! Definitely will be back!
Ordered a total of 45 wings tonight, all boneless. The order was placed over the phone, and by the time we got there to pick it up, everything was hot and ready to go. We decided to check the order before we left due to how much we ordered. 30 of the wings were right, but the other 15 were all bone-in. Went back in and told them the mishap, and it was admitted that they did enter it in wrong when they took our order, but it would be a 40-minute wait to correct the mistake for the 15 wings. We explained that our other food was already done and 40 minutes would be way too long to wait for just that small of an amount. We asked to speak with a manager, but was told there was no manager working tonight. However, there was a shift lead. We asked to speak with him, and he came up to the front and said, “What do you want?” We explained the situation again, and he said, “I already told her to tell you it’ll be 40 minutes.” We explained we had no intentions of waiting that long and if they couldn’t get it to us, we’ll need a refund for the 15 that were wrong. He then got us the wings within a few minutes.
Very disappointing.
Wings were incredibly buttery. Got garlic parm and it was just butter. I couldn’t even eat all 10. Lemon pepper is the way to go. Not sure why all places just soak the wing in butter and call it Parmesan garlic.
I normally order online for pickup with them and the estimate on when it will be ready is never right and I end up sitting in my car for 30 minutes to an hour after I show up. Food is below average for a wing stop it’s usually overdone. Cashiers are usually rude and none of the workers seem like they care about anything.
